Founded in 2011, Effinity was born from a passion for quality inner city residential developments. By focusing on design driven outcomes, Effinity has built an enviable reputation for developments of distinction featuring high caliber finishes and intelligent architectural solutions, uniquely suited to their locales.
The vision for Effinity formed while its founders were developing Paradise Heights, a planned estate situated at Yamanto. Made up of three hundred lots, including home and land packages, and with its final fifty-six lots released in 2015, Paradise Heights remains the most prestigious large lot residential estate in the Ipswich growth corridor.
Effinity followed this success with a series of high quality inner city multi-residential developments.
These include H&M, an exclusive unit development at Kelvin Grove; UKI, a group of twelve quality apartment designs in Toowong; Alba Terrace in Ascot, featuring 29 oversized two and three bedroom luxury apartments; and The Maison, providing 14 spacious four bedroom townhomes in Sunnybank.
Effinity’s upcoming project includes The MacGregor, a thirty-five apartment development at Macgregor with the mixture of two and three bedroom designs. Catering to young professionals in the local area, the project is expected to release to market in the last quarter of 2017.
Alongside The Macgregor, Effinity is developing 9 luxury residences, The Aston, in the heart of West End. With design centering on quality solutions for modern families, each residence will feature three and four bedrooms and double car accommodation, with release expected in June 2017.
Effinity is committed to working with industry leading consultant teams, including Tim Stewart Architects, Bureau Proberts Architects, Place Real Estate, Ray White Project Marketing, Colliers International and LJ Hookers. These partnerships enable Effinity to deliver environmentally friendly apartments with exceptional quality and outstanding value.
